Authorization for data processing

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the processing of your personal data acquired by us, we inform you as follows.

Pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we provide you with the following information: - personal data are collected in order to fulfill the obligations related to the economic activity of AX REGISTER Shpk and in particular for administrative legal obligations, accounting, tax. - for communication and sending of personal data in Italy and abroad, also through the web, to third parties interested in the activity of AX REGISTER Shpk and ACM CERT Srl
- the data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in such a way as to guarantee maximum confidentiality and security; will be recorded and stored in computer and / or paper archives.
- the data may be communicated and / or disseminated, if necessary, in the cases provided for by law:

1. to external subjects who carry out specific tasks on behalf of AX REGISTER Shpk (bookkeeping, financial statements, tax compliance, web updating and maintenance, for legal protection eg. Lawyer, publishers for publications in magazines and / or newspapers, etc ...);
