The professionalism of the lead auditor it is essential for the composition of a verification team to rise to the occasion, to guarantee the added value that everyone hopes for.

The course for Food Safety Auditor - 24 hours - allows you to take up the profession of Third Party Auditor / Lead Auditor at a Certification Body as an additional sector and represents the “standard” course for operating in the sector of Food safety as Consultant and / or Management Manager for organizations in the agri-food sector according to the standard of the law UNI EN ISO 22000: 2005.

The course includes the study of the UNI EN ISO 22000: 2005 and UNI EN ISO 22005: 2008 standards.

During the course there will be practical exercises carried out in groups, aimed at preparing the audit and at simulating the conduct of the audit according to the role playing technique, as well as related case studies Food Safety Management Systems.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 and UNI EN ISO 19011: 2012
Certificate of participation in a 16-hour course on the UNI EN ISO 19011: 2012 standard.

The course uses a combination of theoretical lessons, practical exercises and role-playing regarding:

Introduction to audits according to ISO 22000
The role of the auditor and the lead auditor
ISO 22000 requirements
Audit planning
Risk analysis techniques
Regulatory framework on health and safety in the workplace
Process analysis
The auditing process
Compliance verification strategies
Real case study

The course ends with a exam the overcoming of which allows to obtain the qualification of ISO 22000 lead auditor.

Admission to the final exam is subject to the continuous evaluation of each participant during exercises, discussions, presentations and personal contributions.

All course participants will be issued a certificate: participation only for those who do not pass the final exam, of ISO 22000 Lead Auditor for those who pass it.
