AX REGISTER and its staff do not offer or provide internal auditing services to its certified clients or consulting services on Management Systems.

AX REGISTER will not certify the Management System of an organization that has received consultancy services for the Management System or for internal audits if the relationship between the structure providing the consultancy activity and AX REGISTER constitutes an unacceptable threat to the impartiality of the certification body itself.

AX REGISTER undertakes not to advertise and not to offer its services in connection with consultants or consultancy organizations and will pursue, even legally, anyone who declares that the certification issued by AX REGISTER can be obtained in a facilitated way if certain consultancy resources are used.
