Authorization for data processing

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the processing of your personal data acquired by us, we inform you as follows.

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we provide you with the following information: - personal data are collected in order to fulfill the obligations related to the economic activity of AX REGISTER Shpk and in particular for administrative legal obligations, accounting, tax. - for communication and sending of personal data in Italy and abroad, also through the web, to third parties interested in the activity of AX REGISTER Shpk and ACM CERT Srl
- the data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in such a way as to guarantee maximum confidentiality and security; will be recorded and stored in computer and / or paper archives.
